Professional Development Program

The Professional Development Program (PDP) was initiated to attract, develop and retain future leaders who give LFG a pool of leadership talent that is diverse, willing to relocate, and focused on enterprise-wide success. It is a rotational program structured to develop talent in 3 roles across 3 years, with 1 cross-business assignment. The expectation is that participants would accelerate into management roles after contributing and gaining exposure to the enterprise.

Actuarial Development Program

Lincoln employs approximately 60 actuaries around the world. Most work in Fort Wayne, Ind. or Hartford, Conn., but we also have actuaries located in Chicago, Philadelphia and London.
